Privacy Policy

Last Updated: August 2026

QuantLens, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website gexstream.com (the "Site"). Please read this privacy policy carefully.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We may collect information about you in a variety of ways. The information we may collect on the Site includes:

  • Personal Data: Personally identifiable information, such as your name, email address, and username/password information that you voluntarily give to us when you register with the Site.
  • Financial Data: All financial information is stored and processed by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not collect or store any payment information on our servers, other than confirmation that a payment has been made.
  • Data from Social Networks: If you join our Discord server, we may collect information such as your username, and other public data you may choose to share as governed by that platform's privacy settings.
  • Derivative Data: Information our servers automatically collect when you access the Site, such as your IP address, your browser type, your operating system, your access times, and the pages you have viewed directly before and after accessing the Site.
  • Registration and Sign-In IP Addresses: The IP address you used at the time you created your account, and the IP address and time of your most recent successful sign-in, are stored as part of your account record and retained for the life of the account. We retain them so that we can investigate suspected fraud or abuse, including abuse of our free trial and referral program and unauthorized sharing or resale of subscription access. They are not used to profile you, are not shared, and no automated decision about your account is made from them. Any enforcement action is reviewed and taken by a person. Separately, our sign-in, sign-up and password-reset forms are screened by Google reCAPTCHA (see Section 3), which makes an automated assessment of whether a request comes from a person or from an automated program. That screening can decline an individual request; it never closes, suspends or otherwise changes an account. This is distinct from the Derivative Data above, which is collected in server logs rather than stored with your account.
  • Referral Data: If you register using another user's referral link or code, we record which user referred you, along with the status of that referral. See Section 3 for what a referrer is shown about you.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

Having accurate information about you permits us to provide you with a smooth, efficient, and customized experience. Specifically, we may use information collected about you via the Site to:

  • Create and manage your account.
  • Process your payments and subscriptions.
  • Email you regarding your account or order.
  • Improve the user experience of our Site and services.
  • Monitor and analyze usage and trends to improve the Site.
  • Operate our referral program, including attributing a referral and applying any discount earned.
  • Detect and prevent fraud, duplicate accounts, and abuse of trials, discounts, and referrals.

3. DISCLOSURE OF YOUR INFORMATION

We do not sell your personal information and have no plans to do so. We may share information we have collected about you in certain situations:

  • By Law or to Protect Rights: If we believe the release of information about you is necessary to respond to legal process, to investigate or remedy potential violations of our policies, or to protect the rights, property, and safety of others.
  • Third-Party Service Providers: We may share your information with third parties that perform services for us or on our behalf, including payment processing (Stripe) and customer communication.
  • Bot Protection (Google reCAPTCHA): Our sign-in, sign-up and password-reset forms use Google reCAPTCHA to tell people apart from automated programs. When you submit one of those forms, Google receives the IP address, browser and device information, and interaction signals needed to make that assessment, subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. We receive only a score and a pass/fail result; we do not receive the underlying signals.
  • Referral Program Participants: If you register using another user's referral link or code and later become a paying subscriber, that user is shown a partially masked form of your email address (for example, "j•••@gmail.com") so they can recognize the referral they earned credit for. Your full email address is never disclosed to them, and no other information about your account is shared. If you register with a referral link but do not become a paying subscriber, no form of your email address is shown to the referrer — they see only a count of pending referrals.
  • Third-Party Advertisers: We may use third-party advertising companies to serve ads when you visit our free services. These companies may use information about your visits to the Site and other websites that are contained in web cookies in order to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you.

4. USE OF COOKIES

We may use cookies, web beacons, tracking pixels, and other tracking technologies on the Site to help customize the Site and improve your experience. When you access the Site, your personal information is not collected through the use of tracking technology. Most browsers are set to accept cookies by default. You can remove or reject cookies, but be aware that such action could affect the availability and functionality of the Site. Google reCAPTCHA, used on our sign-in, sign-up and password-reset forms, may also set cookies in order to tell people apart from automated programs.

5. SECURITY OF YOUR INFORMATION

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse.

6. DATA RETENTION

We will only retain your personal information for as long as it is needed for the purposes set out in this policy. When you close your account, we will retain your email address for our internal records unless you request its deletion. We will not actively use this email for communication unless required by law. All other personal data associated with your account will be deleted or anonymized in accordance with our data processing schedules. You may request the deletion of your email address at any time by contacting us.

7. PROMOTIONAL COMMUNICATIONS

From time to time, we may use your email address to send you information about substantial new products, features, or exclusive offers. You have the right to opt out of receiving these promotional communications at any time by using the "unsubscribe" link found in the emails or by contacting us directly to request exclusion from future mailings.

8. POLICY FOR CHILDREN

We do not knowingly solicit information from or market to children under the age of 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.

9. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS AND INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

Depending on your location, you have certain rights regarding your personal data. At a minimum, you have the right to:

  • Request access to the personal information we hold about you.
  • Request correction of any inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Request deletion of your personal information.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the contact information provided below. We will respond to your request in a timely manner. Your information is stored and processed on servers located in the United States. If you are accessing our Site from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in a jurisdiction with data protection laws that may differ from those in your country.

10. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will alert you about any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date of this Privacy Policy. You are encouraged to periodically review this Privacy Policy to stay informed of our updates.

11. GOVERNING LAW

This Privacy Policy and any disputes related thereto shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
